Finally Olive Oil from trees not 5 miles from our shop in Hollister. This rustic field blend of 7 different cultivars is located on the west side of town. Picked and milled Veterans weekend of November 2019, this is our first production of 52 gallons from over 3500 pounds of these olives: Frantino, Leccino, Maurino, and Picholine. San Benito Blend has full olive fruitiness along with flavors of Artichoke, Green Tomatoes and Arugula. Enjoy knowing this is the first of many seasons of olive oil produced right here in Hollister California. Drizzel on all your favorite foods.
