Hand picked on Saturday November 18th 2023 at our ranch and taken to mill on the 19th, and bottled at our shop on the 30th. This Tuscan field blend is our second year of estate grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil. In 2016 we planted 330 olive trees; they came in little 1 gallon buckets with trunks not much bigger than a pinky finger. Each one was planted with love and hope that one day it would produce olives. 

Seventh year in the making, we are excited to share with you this second year crop that yielded almost 3000 pounds of olives, equating to 41 gallons of robust oil. We were blessed with 50 cases to share.
