Hand picked on Saturday November 3rd 2024 at our ranch and taken to mill on the 4th, and bottled at our shop on the 5th. This Tuscan field blend is our third year of estate grown Extra Virgin Olive Oil. In 2016 we planted 330 olive trees; they came in little 1 gallon buckets with trunks not much bigger than a pinky finger. Each one was planted with love and hope that one day it would produce olives.
Seventh year in the making, we are excited to share with you this second year crop that yielded almost 1000 pounds of olives, equating only 12 gallons of robust oil.
