We start with our 3 year old aged Strawberry Basil Balsamic Vinegar, sweet and aromatic, then cold infuse with fresh locally grown Basil leaves. As this flavored balsamic vinegar is allowed to age, the vinegar breaking down the sweet basil leaves, a wonderful marriage of fresh strawberry and basil delight. Quick salad dressing mix with heavy cream, salt pepper and a teaspoon of this balsamic vinegar. Fabulous for poaching Ahi tuna or in fresh aioli for a delightful Big Paw Waldorf salad!
