Cheery Cherry is a seasonal favorite. A blend of our barrel aged dark cherry and mission fig flavored balsamic vinegar, with a dash of cardamon spice to bring in the new year. We add a bit of last years vintage to this super smooth batch, with a total of 40 gallons, and aged it in an barrel for 11 additional months. Goes great with all holiday feast dinners, a reduction for Thanksgiving or drops on ginger bread or other holiday treats. Our vintage labels are turning into tradition for some of our customers.
