Its Latin name, Rosmarinus officinalis, means "dew of the sea" and was believed to be particularly
beneficial for memory enhancement. Rosemary is most closely associated with the cooking of
Mediterranean dishes. We use this wonderful blend on Chicken, Fish, Lamb, Pork, Potatoes, and
Stews and can work as a substitute for oregano or spicy basil. Can be used right of the bottle as
a pizza topper. We use 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil for every 2 tablespoons of butter.
