Simple as can bee....take REAL RAW Honey from Mill Valley alfalfa fields and infuse with barrel aged white flavored balsamic vinegar and age it a bit more. This is the real deal honey with no added sugar or thickeners. We use it as a glaze for chicken, or blend it with our California Gold extra virgin olive oil and a daub of mustard and some salt and pepper for an authentic Honey Mustard Dressing.
